After working together on various ticketing projects over the last ten years we decided it was time to start a company together.
This company is called TransIQ and it provides smart ticketing solutions to small ferry, bus and train operators in the UK.
Adrian is the web developer with lots of experience in online ticketing systems that integrate with on the ground equipment. He has won awards for his travel planning software and in TransIQ Adrian does the web development and coding.
Jerry started delivering ticketing systems in 2000 to clients including British Waterways and Brittany Ferries. With a background in both software and hardware he is the TransIQ guy on the ground that makes sure all the ticket machines work as they should and integrate with the website.
Toby came from the other side, managing a ferry company in Cornwall that carried over 1.5 million passengers a year. He oversaw the implementation of an integrated ticketing system, online ticket sales, new hand-held and fixed ticket machines as well as an award winning multi modal travel card and attraction pass. He is now a marketing consultant and project manager. In TransIQ Toby focuses on making sure the client gets what they need, project managing the installation and making sure nothing slips through the gaps.

Premier Solutions Ltd
Involved with mobile computing and data collection since 1989. Yes, we did have mobile computers then, almost before mobile phones. Early projects included ticketing systems for ferry operators as well as a wide variety of data collection and labelling facilities for manufacturers such as Toshiba, Wrigley Co., Brittany Ferries, British Waterways, and many many more.
Expertise in system integration of hardware, software, installation, training and all associated support services, with the intention of maximising the client's return on investment. Many of our systems have operational lifetimes of 10 years or more, with a recent telephone call in relation to a change to a system first installed in 2000.
In recent years RFID technology has been introduced for a variety of identification tasks and was first implemented for our ticketing customers in 2008. This year we are extending a ticketing customer's system to full on-line account management of their concession card facilities, a customer since 1991.

LOOKsystems Ltd
With over 25 years of commercial experience, I have amassed a broad range of expertise which continues to grow as we adapt to, and master, ever changing technologies. Whilst we have a passion for innovation, and a commitment to quality, our primary focus is on our clients needs. We have had the privilege of working on projects, large and small, in both the public and private sectors - often to tight deadlines and with budgets ranging from £250 to £250,000.
As a member of the British Computer Society, Adrian Keeling-Look offers a high level of professionalism and technical expertise you would expect. However, having also read Accountancy (in the School of Information Systems), he can also provide a "real world" business perspective that many of his peers are lacking.
Previous clients and partners include: Fal River / Cornwall Ferries, South West Lakes Trust, Southern Vectis, Pindar Travel Information Systems, CGEA Connex, Traveline South East, Herefordshire County Council, Havant Borough Council, Department for Transport.

Toby started his first business when he left university. Aqua Cab was a fast water taxi service service that went on to carry 6,000 passengers a season and win awards for it’s customer service and website.
After he sold this business Toby went on join a local ferry with plans to expand. What started off as one ferry soon became nine, carrying 1.5 million passengers a year. During this time he oversaw the implementation of an integrated ticketing system, online ticket sales, new hand-held and fixed ticket machines as well as an award winning multi modal travel card and attraction pass.
Toby is now a marketing consultant and project manager with clients around the world. His operation experience helps us really get ‘under the skin’ of our clients requirements to understand what they really need.
